








Sixpack Sprint Series - SUNS OUT BUNS OUT
Sprint Interval Training is a powerhouse method proven to burn fat, boost endurance, build strength, and rewire your brain for confidence and resilience. Sprints are the heart of every series but over the past year, the series has evolved into so much more.
It’s self-discovery, connection, empowerment, fun, laughter, and growth. And no two are the same because every six-week series is built around a new theme.
From May 27th through July 1st, our theme is SUNS OUT BUNS OUT!
I’ve added bonus strength training classes, bonus hike & spin classes, fun new challenges, and expert guests for live Q&A sessions! It’s like working out with your besties, filled with the kind of connection where you can laugh hard, talk real, and show up exactly as you are.

SPRINT INTERVAL TRAINING CLASSES (12 classes)
12 classes, streamed live on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:00am EST in a private Facebook group. Can’t make it live? Replays are available immediately.
Sprint classes taught on a treadmill but adaptable on any cardio machine (bike, rower, elliptical, etc) or outdoors.
For ALL FITNESS LEVELS because we all have our OWN max intensity & everything can be modified.
High energy music, themed classes, empowering messages, comical interactive commentary, we have fun!
Sprint Class Format:
Dynamic Warm-up (~10 minutes)
Sprint Intervals: 10 rounds of 10-30 second sprints, each followed by 90 second recoveries (~20-25 minutes)
Cool Down Stretch (5 minutes on tread)
STRETCHING & RECOVERY SESSIONS (6 sessions)
Weekly stretch & recovery sessions (10-15 minutes), posted every Tuesday
Includes mat stretches, foam rolling, and trigger point ball mobility work to boost performance and prevent injury
BONUS STRENGTH CLASSES! (12 classes)
Each sprint class is followed by a live 15-minute strength session with weights.
Tuesdays: Glutes (new this series!)
Fridays: Core
