Summer energy starts NOW! The sunshine, the vacations, the feeling of confidence in your body - this six-week series will get you ahead of the game, torching fat, building muscle and unlocking your strongest self before summer even hits.

This isn’t your average workout class. It’s an experience and every series feels like a new adventure. We are… Unhinged. Fun. Empowering. Slightly inappropriate. You may laugh harder than you sprint!

From May 12th through June 19th, our extra special Shredded for Summer Edition is back! This means every class is an over-the-top fun summer theme with decor and props and who knows what else! Also back for this series only, the Daily Plank Challenge, where I go live in the group every night at 8pm EST (no matter where I am, lol!) for a quick plank!

SPRINT INTERVAL TRAINING CLASSES (40-45 minutes)

  • 12 classes, stream live on Tuesdays & Fridays at 6:00am EST in a private Facebook group. Can’t make it live? Replays are available immediately after the live ends.

  • Sprint classes taught on a treadmill but adaptable on any cardio machine (bike, rower, elliptical, etc) or outdoors.

  • For ALL FITNESS LEVELS because we all have our OWN max intensity and everything can be modified.

  • Every class has its own theme that is tied to an empowering message, educational topics or just some celebratory fun!

  • High energy dance music is turned up during sprint intervals and turned down during the recoveries where the comical interactive commentary takes over.

  • Sprint Class Format (40-45 minutes):

  • Dynamic Warm-up (10 minutes)

  • Sprint Intervals: 10 rounds of 10-30 second sprints, each followed by 90 second recoveries (~20-25 minutes)

  • Cool Down Stretch (5 minutes on tread)

ABS + BOOTY STRENGTH CLASSES (15 minutes)

  • 12 classes, stream live on Tuesdays & Fridays at 7:00am EST in a private Facebook group. Can’t make it live? Replays are available immediately after the live ends.

    • Tuesdays: ABS

    • Fridays: BOOTY

  • Dumbbells and ankle weights are used to increase the intensity (weights optional).

  • Classes remain up for 2 weeks after the series ends to replay any missed classes or repeat favorites.

STRETCHING & RECOVERY SESSIONS (10-15 minutes)

  • Weekly stretch & recovery sessions (10-15 minutes) posted every Tuesday.

  • Includes mat stretches, foam rolling, & trigger point ball work to boost performance & prevent injury.

  • All stretches focus on key muscle groups we activate during sprints.

  • Stretching videos remain in the group to access anytime even after the series ends.

DAILY PLANK CHALLENGE

  • I go live in the group every night at 8pm EST (no matter where I am, lol!) for a quick plank!

  • We’ll track our progress to see our strength build over the 6 weeks!

WHEN & WHERE

  • First class is Tuesday, May 12th and last class is Friday, June 19th

  • Ability to replay all classes through Sunday July 5th (that’s an extra 2 weeks after the series ends to replay any classes you may miss or to replay any favorites)

  • Classes stream from private Facebook group titled SIXPACK SPRINT SERIES - 2ND ANNUAL SHREDDED FOR SUMMER EDITION

  • You must request to join the Facebook group and will be accepted in once I open the group. The link to the Facebook group is above and will also be in your order confirmation email. *At checkout you will be asked to provide your Facebook profile name.
